Let’s Do It!

On December 29, I wrote on Facebook offering to share the movie Forks Over Knives, which inspired the shift two years ago in how we eat, helping me to drop 15 now 20 pounds while eating plentifully and improving my health. I also said I’d share my experience and resources with anyone interested. Community is helpful! Sooo … I launched a website blog On Finding Good Food and Health. It’s not complete, it still needs some graphics and pics, and I’m eager to fill out the topics and add posts. Meanwhile, people are eager for info and taking time to make changes. Take a look, poke around the pages if you’re interested, and let me know what you’d like to see!

  1. Cindy, I remember when you started this & you made aunt Colleen & I tortilla roll ups with your homemade humis, I loved it. You have also brought some wonderful salads to gatherings of which I loved. I have read every word you have written here & find it so interesting & informative. Can’t wait to see recipes……I could so easily eat this way, nuts, vegetables, beans & fruit are my favorites……I will begin slowly. Thankyou Judy
